This project seeks to use video technology and vlogging to reflect on and record inter-generational hopes and dreams of ACSians. Weaving historical research with present-day reflections and aspirations, this series of videos will serve as a reminder of the legacies that shape our dreams and ways of moving forward. The website will also serve as an on-going project to collect the hopes of current and future youths. The project’s disciplinarity interweaves historical archival research with oral stories, dramatic performance, and journalistic reportage. The videos will feature students, teachers, and alumni of ACJC. ACJC’s History Department and Drama Elective Programme will lead the archival research and documentation of hopes and dreams expressed during key landmark years of our nation’s history.
